Kenny Shults


has a background in behavioral science-based methods for promoting change, community education & mobilization, and public health; effecting change is at the heart of all of his work. He has over two decades of experience facilitating development and growth in over a hundred organizations around the country, and has developed numerous, behavior science-based training programs to meet the needs of a variety of organizational types. Kenny is a dynamic presenter, trainer, speaker, and management consultant with a genuine interest in helping people and teams make the kinds of changes they need to thrive.

Emily Picon, LMSW

is an experienced bilingual psychotherapist, who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. She is an experienced clinical therapist, having provided services to diverse populations, including adults with chronic and severe mental illnesses, children and families with a history of maltreatment, and providing evidence-based, trauma-focused interventions to individuals in need.  Throughout her education and career Emily has focused on the social influences on community, organizational and group dynamics, and practical approaches to facilitating change.

We work with a team of consultants who specialize in the intersection of social structures and their applications to organizational change and development.

Dr. Margret Dugan

works in international, national and community-based public health research and evaluation. She is a social psychologist, a renowned research scholar, and was honored in the White House for community research and evaluation.

Amy Childs

has a background in child advocacy, antiracism and other liberation community mobilization, fundraising, training and design of peer counseling models, and alternative education.

Anna Atencio

works in sexual health education, behavioral intervention, mental health and the foster care system. She specializes in training-the-trainer and adult learning principals.  

Tori Barnes

brings experience in human services, adolescent empowerment, high-risk youth outreach, community organizing and group-level workshop design and facilitation.
